Out-of-state officers/area seeking an annual qualification that meets the Missouri POST.
We are LEOSA Qualified instructors, and we will conduct LEOSA qualifications by appointment only.
You will receive a firearm qualification card to carry with your LEOSA credentials. You do not need your LEOSA credentials to schedule yourself for the firing.
We recommend you attend our LEOSA qualification course while waiting for their credentials prior to your credentials arriving in the mail.
Our 2 hour class is Missouri CLEE certified for 2hrs of continuing education and costs $50.00 (Ammunition requirement is a separate cost)
Each officer will fire 40 rounds at an E-Silhouette target, using the following scoring method. Five points for each hit in the “vital area” (8,9,X Ring), four points for each hit on the silhouette outside the “vital area”. Minimum passing score is 160 points out of a possible 200 points.
HR218, Covered in law by U.S. Code 926B, enacted in 2004 and amended in 2013, that allows two classes of persons – the “qualified law enforcement officer” and the “qualified retired or separated law enforcement officer” – to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States or United States Territories, regardless of state or local laws, with certain exceptions.

Under RSMO 650.030, and 18 U.S.C. Section 926C(d)(2)(B), it also meets the standards under RSMO 571.111 and has a POST control number.
Any officer who attends will receive 2-hrs firearms training in the Missouri POST Clee system.
